Offer for Subscription - Extension of Closing Date

Pursuant to the terms of the offer for subscription by the Company to the public of up to 30,000,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in the Company at an issue price of £1.00 payable in full in cash as set out in the Company's prospectus dated 5 July 2019 (the "Offer"), the directors of the Company have resolved to extend the closing date of the Offer from 3 April 2020 to the earlier of 29 May 2020 or such earlier date as the maximum subscription under the Offer (as it may, at the discretion of the directors and/or the promoters, be increased) is reached.
