Issue of Supplementary Prospectus

The Board of Puma Alpha VCT plc (the "Company") announces that it has today published a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the Company's offer for subscription to raise up to £15 million, with an over-allotment facility of up to £5 million, details of which were set out in a prospectus issued by the Company on 15 January 2025.

On 4 November 2025, the Company published an updated unaudited net asset value per share as at 31 August 2025 (the "Updated NAV Announcement"). 

The publication of the Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Regulation Rules and Section 87G of Financial Services and Market Act 2000 as a result of the publication of the Updated NAV Announcement.

The Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and a copy will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
