Issue of Supplementary Prospectus

The Board of Puma Alpha VCT plc (the "Company") announces that a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the Company's offer for subscription (as set out in a prospectus dated 9 November 2021) has been published today.

On 20 October 2022 the Company published an unaudited net asset value per share as at 31 August 2022 (the "Updated NAV Announcement"). The publication of the Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Regulation Rules and Section 87G of Financial Services and Market Act 2000 as a result of the publication of the Updated NAV Announcement.

The Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and a copy will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
