Posting of notice of GM

Pulsar Group (AIM: PULS), the technology innovator delivering Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for the global marketing and communications industries, announces that it has today posted a notice of General Meeting ("GM") and Form of Proxy to shareholders. The purpose of the GM is, inter alia, to approve the Company's annual accounts and the reappointment of the Company's auditor.

The GM will be held at 12.00pm on 3 July 2024 at the offices of Cavendish, One Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL.
