Dividendo correspondiente al ejercicio social 2024

PUIG BRANDS, S.A. (en adelante, la "Sociedad"), de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 227 de la Ley 6/2023, de 17 de marzo, de los Mercados de Valores y de los Servicios de Inversión, comunica que:

• En fecha 28 de mayo de 2025, la Junta General Ordinaria de Accionistas de la Sociedad ha aprobado el pago del correspondiente dividendo ordinario con cargo al beneficio del ejercicio social 2024, por un importe bruto por acción de 0,376815€, pagadero a través de las entidades participantes en "Sociedad de Gestión de los Sistemas de Registro, Compensación y Liquidación de Valores, S.A. Unipersonal" (IBERCLEAR).
• Las fechas relevantes para el reparto del dividendo son las siguientes
  • Último día de negociación de las acciones de la Sociedad con derecho al cobro del dividendo (Last trading date): 9 de junio de 2025.
  • Fecha a partir de la cual (inclusive) las acciones de la Sociedad cotizan sin derecho a percibir el dividendo (Ex date): 10 de junio de 2025.
  • Fecha en la que se determinan los titulares inscritos con derecho a percibir el dividendo (Record date): 11 de junio de 2025.
  • Fecha de pago del dividendo: 12 de junio de 2025.
• Se aplicará a la cantidad pagadera en concepto de dividendo la retención que en su caso corresponda conforme a la normativa fiscal aplicable.

PUIG BRANDS, S.A. (hereinafter, the "Company"), in accordance with the provisions of article 227 of Law 6/2023, of March 17, of the Securities Markets and Investment Services (Ley de los Mercados de Valores y de los Servicios de Inversión), announces that:

• On May 28, 2025, the Annual General Meeting of the Company has approved the payment of the corresponding ordinary dividend against the profit of fiscal year 2024, for a gross amount per share of 0.376815€, payable through the entities participating in "Sociedad de Gestión de los Sistemas de Registro, Compensación y Liquidación de Valores, S.A. Unipersonal" (IBERCLEAR).
• The relevant dates for the distribution of the dividend are as follows:
  • Last trading date of the Company's shares with the right to receive the dividend (Last trading date): June 9, 2025.
  • Date as of which (inclusive) the Company's shares are traded without the right to receive the dividend (Ex date): June 10, 2025.
  • Date on which the registered shareholders entitled to receive the dividend are determined (Record date): June 11, 2025.
  • Dividend payment date: June 12, 2025.
• The amount payable as a dividend will be subject to the withholdings that may be applicable in accordance with the applicable tax regulations.
