Oslo, 28 May 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made

by Public Property Invest ASA ("PPI" or the "Company", ticker code "PUBLI") on

29 April 2024, regarding the commencement of the stabilisation period

pertaining to the Company's initial public offering of shares (the

"Offering").

DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA (the "Stabilisation Manager"), acting as

stabilisation manager in connection with the Offering on behalf of the

Managers (as defined below), hereby gives notice that the stabilisation period

has ended. Stabilisation activities have been undertaken on the Oslo Stock

Exchange between 29 April 2024 and 28 May 2024, and a total of 15,750,000

shares in the Company have been purchased as part of the stabilisation

activities. The shares were purchased at an average price of NOK 14.2610 per

share and within the daily price ranges set out in the attached stabilisation

notice.

The Stabilisation Manager will redeliver the 15,750,000 shares purchased

through stabilisation transactions to SBB Samfunnsbygg AS in accordance with

the terms in the share lending agreement between the parties. The greenshoe

option granted by the Company will not be exercised.

Arctic Securities AS, DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA, Danske Bank A/S,

Norwegian branch and Nordea Bank Abp, filial I Norge (together, the

"Managers") are acting as joint global coordinators in the IPO. Advokatfirmaet

Thommessen AS is acting as legal advisor to PPI and Wikborg Rein Advokatfirma

AS is acting as legal advisor to the Managers.
