New 10-year lease contract with the Norwegian Labour and Welfare administration (NAV) in Kristiansand
PPI has signed a new lease contract with NAV for 5,920 sqm in Gyldenløves gate
23 in Kristiansand. The lease contract has a duration of 10 years, starting
from February 2026.
"We are very pleased to have signed a long lease contract with NAV in
Kristiansand. NAV is one of our largest tenants and is also located in seven
other buildings in our portfolio. We look forward to continue delivering high
quality infrastructure for important community services" says André Gaden, COO
