Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement earlier today regarding

the decision by the board of directors to propose a dividend of NOK 1 per

share to the Annual General Meeting in 2026.

The dividend will be split in four quarterly payments, in which a dividend of

NOK 0.25 per share will be paid in July and October 2026 and in January and

April 2027. The proposed dividend is to be approved by the annual general

meeting on 7 May 2026.
