Notice of unaudited interim results & presentation via IMC

Public Policy Holding Company, Inc., a leading global strategic communications provider, offering a comprehensive range of advisory services in the areas of Government Relations, Public Affairs, and Corporate Communications , will report its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2025 on Wednesday 10 September 2025.

The Group will be presenting via the Investor Meet Company platform on Wednesday 10 September 2025 at 4.30pm (UK time). The presentation will enable existing and prospective investors the opportunity to listen to management discuss the Group's interim results.

It will be hosted by Stewart Hall (CEO), Roel Smits (CFO) and Thomas Gensemer (CSO), and there will be an opportunity for Q&A at the end of the meeting. Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9:00am (UK time) the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
