Update to timetable of In-Specie Distribution to Petratherm Shareholders
On the 9[th] of November 2020 Petratherm Limited (“Petratherm” or “the Company”) (ASX: PTR) released an announcement titled “Notice of Annual General Meeting/Proxy Form” (“the Announcement”) which included an indicative timetable in respect of the in-specie distribution of Outback Goldfields Corp. (“Outback Goldfields”) shares to Petratherm’s shareholders.
The Company presents below the final timetable of key dates in respect of the in-specie distribution of Outback Goldfields shares to Petratherm’s shareholders.
