In-Specie Distribution of Outback Goldfields Shares to Petratherm Shareholders Successfully Completed

Petratherm Limited (“The Company” or “Pertratherm”) is pleased to announce that the in-speicie distribution of Outback Goldfields Corp. (“Outback Goldfields”) shares to Petratherm shareholders (as previously announced on 8 April 2021, ASX announcement: Update to In-specie Distribution Timetable) was successfully completed on 21 April 2021.

Direct Registration System (DRS) statements are expected to be distributed to eligible shareholders within the next week.

Outback Goldfields trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE: “OZ”), the OTCQB Venture Market, a top-tier public market in the United States (OTCQB: “OZBKF”) and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSE: “S600”). In addition, Outback Goldfields intend to list on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX).

Eligible shareholders will need to use a stockbroker or register a trading account with an online global investment broker to conduct trading of the Outback Goldfields shares.
