CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Petratherm Limited (“Petratherm” or “The Company”) wishes to announce that Ms Katelyn Adams, CA, B.Com (acc/fin) , has been appointed as Company Secretary with effect from 19 July 2021.

Katelyn is a partner with HLB Mann Judd and has over 15 years of accounting and company secretarial experience, servicing predominantly ASX listed companies. Katelyn has extensive experience in company secretarial duties, ASX Listing Rule requirements, IPO and capital raising processes, as well as a strong technical accounting and corporate governance knowledge and has been assisting Petratherm with its company secretarial work for many years.

Katelyn is the Company Secretary of Highfield Resources Limited, Duxton Water Limited and Duxton Broadacre Farms Limited, Non-Executive Director of Clean Seas Seafood Limited, as well as a director and company secretary of various private companies.

Katelyn replaces Mr Donald Stephens who has been Petratherm’s Company Secretary since 2003. Donald will remain as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
