On 28 March 2018, the Directors of Petratherm Limited ( Company ) advised that the Company has received a letter from ASX advising that it has decided to reinstate the Company's shares to official quotation on ASX subject to compliance with certain conditions precedent.
The Directors are now pleased to advise that the Company has satisfied all of the conditions precedent, and ASX has notified the Company that its shares will reinstated to official quotation on ASX from the commencement of trading (Sydney time) on Tuesday 17 April 2018.
