The Directors of Petratherm Limited ( Company ) are pleased to confirm the passing of all resolutions put to the extraordinary general meeting of the Company's shareholders held yesterday.
The Directors of the Company are also pleased to advise that the offer to apply for shares pursuant to the Company's Prospectus dated 26 February 2018 opened today and will remain open until 4.30 pm (Adelaide time) on 15 March 2018 (subject to the Company's right to close the offer at an earlier time or date or to extend the time and date without prior notice).
The Directors of the Company encourage shareholders to consider the Prospectus, which is available at the Company's website www.petratherm.com.au and may also be obtained from Computershare Investor Services Pty Limited by telephone on 1300 783 611 (within Australia) or (+61 3) 9415 4240 (outside Australia).
Offers of shares will be made in, or accompanied by, a copy of the Prospectus. A person should consider the Prospectus in deciding whether to apply for shares. Persons in doubt as the course of action to be followed should consult their stockbroker, solicitor, accountant or other professional adviser without delay.
Anyone who wants to acquire shares will need to complete the Application Form that will be in or will accompany the Prospectus. Applicants are encouraged to submit their Application Forms as soon as possible.
