PROSPECTUS OFFER PERIOD EXTENDED

The Directors of Petratherm Limited ( Company ) advise of an extension to the offer period under the Company's Prospectus dated 26 February 2018.
The offer under the Prospectus will now remain open until 4.30 pm (Adelaide time) on 23 March 2018 (subject to the Company's right to close the offer at an earlier time or date or to further extend the time and date without prior notice).
A new indicative timetable for the offer follows:
