PROSPECTUS OFFER CLOSURE AND ASX RE-LISTING

The Directors of Petratherm Limited ( Company ) advise that the offer period under the Company's Prospectus dated 26 February 2018 closed last Friday 23 March 2018, with the Company receiving applications for an amount exceeding the minimum subscription.

The Directors of the Company also advise that the Company has received a letter from ASX advising that it has decided to reinstate the Company's shares to official quotation on ASX subject to compliance with certain conditions precedent. The Company will now work towards the timely satisfaction of these conditions precedent.
