EXTENSION TO PETRATHERM LTD NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE (“the Offer”)

Petratherm Ltd ( “the Company” ) wishes to announce an extension of 5 business days to the original proposed closing date of the offer as per timetable lodged on the ASX on the 17 December 2015. The new proposed closing date of the offer is now the 18 January 2016.

As announced on the 30 December 2015 the Company dispatched the Prospectus and Acceptance forms to all eligible shareholders. It has come to the Company’s attention that some shareholders are yet to receive their Prospectus’ and Acceptance forms due to delays in the delivery of the document through the mail. The Company has therefore decided to extend the non-renounceable issue timetable to allow all eligible shareholders an adequate opportunity to participate.

The updated timetable is as follows:

Offer Booklet and Entitlement and Acceptance Form despatched to Shareholders	30 December 2015
Opening Date for the Entitlement Offer	30 December 2015
Last day to extend the Closing Date for the Entitlement Offer	6 January 2016
Closing Date for the Entitlement Offer	18 January 2016 at 5:00 pm Adelaide time
Securities quoted on a deferred settlement basis	19 January 2016
Notify ASX of under subscriptions	21 January 2016
Allotment of New Shares issued under the Entitlement Offer and deferred settlement trading ends	25 January 2016
Normal ASX trading for New Shares commences	27 January 2016
