EXTENSION TO PETRATHERM LTD NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE (“the Offer”)

Petratherm Ltd ( “the Company” ) informs Shareholders, as previously announced on the 11 October 2012, of the extension of 5 business days to the original proposed closing date of the offer.

The proposed closing date of the offer is now the 25 October 2012.
