TERMINATION OF CONSULTANCY AGREEMENT

ASX ANNOUNCEMENT 29 March 2017

Petratherm Limited (the ‘‘Company’) advises that Mr Andrew Haythorpe’s Consultancy Agreement with the Company will terminate with effect on and from 30 April 2017. From that date Mr Haythorpe will cease to be the Managing Director of the Company so that he can pursue other business interests. Mr Haythorpe will continue to serve the Company as a Non-Executive Director after that date.

The Board wishes to record its gratitude and thanks to Andrew for his efforts as Managing Director.
