Dear Sir/ Madam,
We wish to inform you that, Pursuant to Regulation 29 and Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015 a meeting of the Board of Director of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 12, 2021, inter alia, to consider and approve audited financial results of the Company for the quarter/ year ended March 31, 2021 and to consider and recommend final dividend if any, on equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2021.
Further in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and pursuant to the Company’s “Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading By Designated Persons”, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company has been closed for the concerned persons, w.e.f. April 1, 2021 and will end 48 hours after the declaration of financial results on May 12, 2021.
