With reference to the captioned subject and pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 31A(8)(a) of the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform your good office that today i.e. on January 03, 2024, we have received request letters from Ms. Anshoo Agarwal, Ms. Bina Agarwal, Ms. Kiran Arun Prasad, Mr. Manu Agarwal, Ms. Ritika Agarwal, Ms. Reena Agarwal and Mr. Arun Jawala Prasad, requesting reclassification from ‘Promoter and Promoter Group Category’ to ‘Public Category’ of PTC Industries Limited (“the Company”) in terms of the provisions of Regulation 31A of the Listing Regulations.
The said requests will be placed before the board of directors in their meeting and the Company will accordingly apply for/ obtain the requisite approvals.
