Sub: Intimation of Demise of Dr. Rakesh Chandra Katiyar, Independent Director, under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
With profound grief and sorrow, the Company regrets to inform you about the sad demise of Dr. Rakesh Chandra Katiyar (DIN: 00556214), Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company on 16th March 2024 which was intimated to the Company by the family member of Dr. Rakesh Chandra Katiyar today (i.e., 17th March, 2024).
Dr. Rakesh Chandra Katiyar was re-appointed for his second term of five years as an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 28th September 2019. Dr. Rakesh Chandra Katiyar’s sudden and unexpected passing away will be an irreparable loss to the Company and all the directors and employees of the company convey their deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences to his family.
We request you to take the above intimation on your record in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Information as required under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 in respect of aforesaid is given in “Annexure A” to this letter
