Ref: Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”)

This is in continuation to intimation made by the Company on 14[th] February, 2026 informing that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the bifurcation of the combined post of Chairman & Managing Director into two distinct positions — Chairman (Non-Executive) and Managing Director (Executive).

We would like to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 16[th] April, 2026 has appointed Sh. Sukhdev Singh (DIN: 03288811), existing Independent Director, as NonExecutive Chairman of the Company w.e.f. from the date of receipt of consent of CMDs of all four promoter companies, for a period till the completion of his existing tenure as an Independent Director i.e. up to 10[th] November 2028.

The details under Regulation 30, Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with Master Circular Number SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30[th] January, 2026 are given at ‘ Annexure - A ’.
