NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to Regulation 29 read with regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 26[th] May, 2025 inter-alia, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31[st] March, 2025 and consider recommendation of final dividend, if any to shareholders for the FY 202425 amongst other items mentioned in the agenda.
The 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of aforesaid Final Dividend, if declared, shall be intimated separately in compliance with the provisions of SEBI Listing Regulations.
In this connection, as per the Company’s Code of Practices & Procedures for fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has already been closed from 01[st] April, 2025 and will remain closed for all Insiders till 48 hours after the announcement of results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2025 (both days inclusive).
