In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, this is to inform that Shri Bikram Singh Guram, currently working as Executive Vice- President in the Company have been promoted/elevated as Executive Director (ED) (i.e. Senior Management Personnel - One level below the Board of Directors) w.e.f. 18.12.2024.
The details under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read along with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are given as an Annexure A.
