NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to Regulation 29 read with 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of PTC India Limited (“the Company”) is scheduled to be held on Monday, the 13[th] day of February, 2023 inter-alia, to consider, and approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2022.

In this connection, as per the Company’s Code of Practices & Procedures for fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company had already been closed for all Insiders from 1[st] January, 2023 till 48 hours after the announcement of outcome of the Board Meeting (both days inclusive).
