With regard to above captioned subject and reference quoted above:
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, the 27th May, 2023 inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the audited Financial Results (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023 and consider recommendation of final dividend, if any to shareholders for the FY 2022-23.
In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Practices & Procedures for fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Information pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulation, 2015 the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is already closed for all Insiders from 1st April, 2023 till 48 hours after the announcement of outcome of the Board Meeting (both days inclusive).
