NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to Regulation 29 read with regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 11[th] day of November, 2021 inter-alia, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.
In this connection, as per the Company’s Code of Practices & Procedures for fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company has already been is closed for all Insiders including designated persons from 1[st] October, 2021 and will remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of above referred financial results to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive).
