In this connection, as per the Company’s Code of Practices & Procedures for fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Insiders from 1[st] October, 2020 till 48 hours after the announcement of outcome of the Board Meeting (both days inclusive).
