Brief Profile of Shri H.S. Puri
Shri H. S. Puri is the nominee director of NHPC Limited on the Board of PTC. He at present Chief General Manager (Finance) in NHPC Limited has more than 34 Years experience in core area of finance coupled with in-depth understanding of financial, contractual and regulatory issues involved in power projects/power trading, fund raising, buyback, major contract finalization and claims, power tariff etc. He remained CFO of CVPPPL (JV of NHPC) and Chief Internal Auditor of NHDC (Subsidiary of NHPC). He is fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since November 1986.
