• (ii) Shri Mritunjay Kumar Narayan, (IAS- UP 1995), (DIN 03426753) (aged about 49 years) has earlier served in various positions in UP Government. In his last position, he served as Secretory to the Government of UP's Hon'ble Chief Minister. Currently, he is a Joint Secretary in Ministry of Power, Government of India.

(iii) He has no relationship with any of the Directors of PTC.
