Subject: Intimation of receipt of Work Order/Letter of Intent

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform that the company is in receipt of Work Orders/LOI worth INR 1764.12 Crores * (excluding taxes).

The details of orders as required as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are given below:

1. City side Development at Ahmedabad Airport worth INR 647.22 Crores (excl. GST) from Adani Airport Holdings Limited in Institutional Category. The project is to be completed within a period of 18 months.

2. Construction of Adani Medicity & Research Center at Ahmedabad worth INR 411.72 Crores (excl. GST) from Vitthal Mandir in Institutional Category. The project is to be completed within a period of 24 months respectively.

3. Construction of Residential Project at Shatigram, Ahmedabad worth INR 139.93 Crores (excl. GST) in from Adani Realty in Residential Category. The project is to be completed within a period of 22 months respectively.

4. Design and Construction of Leadership Guest House at Shatigram, Ahmedabad worth INR 147.47 Crores (excl. GST) from Adani Enterprises Limited in Institutional Category. The project is to be completed within a period of 18 months respectively.

5. Construction of Airside and Landside Development work at Ahmedabad Airport worth INR 223.47 Crores (excl. GST) from Ahmedabad International Airport Limited in Institutional Category. The project is to be completed within a period of 12 months respectively.

6. Design and Construction of Training Centre at Shantigram, Ahmedabad worth INR 61.07 Crores (excl. GST) from Adani Enterprises Limited in Institutional Category. The project is to be completed within a period of 18 months respectively.

1. Development of Vishram Gruh at Asarva Civil Hospital Campus at Ahmedabad worth INR 51.00 Crores (excl. GST) from Sevadaan Arogya Foundation in Residential Category. The project is to be completed within a period of 20 months.

(*includes small value work orders/amendments totalling to INR 82.24 crores)

With receipt of above orders, the total order inflow for the financial year 2024-25 till date amounts to INR 3478.58 Crores .

We are also pleased to inform that we have emerged as Lowest Bidder (L1 Bidder) for Development of Street at Ahmedabad worth INR 120.53 Crores (Excl. GST).

Further, we hereby confirm that none of the promoters/promoter group/group companies have any interest in the entity/entities from whom the order/contract is received and the award of order does not fall within the purview of related party transactions. We further confirm that all the work orders are received from Domestic entities and will be executed within the country.
