Subject: Intimation of receipt of Work Order

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform that the company is in receipt of new Work Orders worth INR 386.24 Crores (excluding taxes).

The details of order as required as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are given below:

1. Construction and Maintenance of Human and Biological Gallery at Science City, Ahmedabad for Gujarat Council of Science City worth INR 268.11 Crores (excluding taxes) in Government Category. The project is to be completed within a period of 18 months.

2. Construction of Commercial Building ORYX at GIFT City, Gandhinagar worth INR 118.13 Crores (excluding taxes) Institutional Category. The project is to be completed within a period of 24 months.

With receipt of the above orders, the total order inflow during the financial year 2023-24 till date amounts to INR 3012.85 Crores (This includes small value work orders totalling to INR 23.33 crores) .

We are also pleased to inform that we have emerged as Lowest Bidder (L1 Bidder) for the project “Construction of Fintech Building at GIFT City” for Gujrat International Finance at Gift City, Gandhinagar worth INR 333.05 Crores (Excl. GST). The project is to be completed within a period of 30 months

Further, we hereby confirm that none of the promoters/promoter group/group companies have any interest in the entity/entities from whom the orders/contracts are received and the award of order does not fall within the purview of related party transactions. We further confirm that all the work orders are received from Domestic entities and all the work orders are Domestic.
