Subject: Intimation of receipt of Work Order/Letter of Intent

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform that the company is in receipt of Work Orders worth INR 200.25 Crores * (excl. GST). The details of Significant Orders are mentioned herein below:

1. Addition of scope of work for Construction of Chocolate Plant (Phase III) for a MultiNational Company in Sanand, Ahmedabad with the revised order value worth INR 266.56 Crores (excl. GST) from earlier INR 200 Crores (excl. GST) in Institutional Category. The project is to be completed within a period of 19 months.

2. Construction of Commercial Complex viz. OVD_14 Commercial Tower in GIFT City, Ahmedabad worth INR 57.33 Crores (excl. GST) from Ozone Viswanath Developers in Institutional Category. The project is to be completed within a period of 22 months.

3. Development of Kalamkhus Campus worth INR 24.81 Crores in Ahmedabad for Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation in Government category. The project is to be completed within 18 months.

4. (*includes small value work orders totalling to INR 42.92 crores)

With receipt of above orders, the total order inflow for the financial year 2023-24 till date amounts to INR 958.63 Crores .

We are also pleased to inform that we have emerged as Lowest Bidder (L1 Bidder) for the project “Construction of Main Building” for Gujarat Biotechnology Research Centre (GBRC) at Gandhinagar worth INR 101.67 Crores.

Further, we hereby confirm that none of the promoters/promoter group/group companies have any interest in the entity/entities from whom the order/contract is received and the award of order does not fall within the purview of related party transactions.
