Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform that our company has been awarded with new work orders worth[%] 192.81 crores (excluding GST) for various institutional and residential projects from various clients,[which] inter alia includes major orders received for Design and Build Project of Sabha Hall and Residential Complex for Maninagar Shree Swaminarayan Gadi Sansthan at Ahmedabad worth % 104.59 crores (excluding GST), Additional Work for Proposed Phoenix Mall at Ahmedabad worth % 40.00 crores (excluding GST), construction of Rajasthan School (Civil & MEP) at Ahmedabad worth % 27.02 crores (excluding GST) and remaining orders from other clients.

With receipt of above, the total work orders received during thefinancial year 2019-20 (till date) on standalone basis amounts to t 1053.23 crores (excluding GST).
