In December 2021, the company commissioned a precast facility in Gujarat with the objective to provide sustainable building solutions & technological upgradation. In pursuant to share purchase agreement dated November 19, 2024 (“SPA”), the Adani Infra (India) Limited has acquired 34.41% equity stake of the Company and classified as one of the promoters of the Company.
