Subject: Intimation of Board Meeting

Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, January 30, 2026 at the Registered Office of the Company inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025 and to consider any other business with the permission of the Chair.

Trading Window Closure

Pursuant to the applicable provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and as per Company's Code of Conduct the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relative(s) shall remain closed from January 01, 2026 and will re-open on February 02, 2026 i.e. Forty-Eight (48) hours after the results are made public.

Investors Call

The Company will hold investor/analyst calls on Friday, January 30, 2026 to discuss the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025 and business outlook. Details of the calls will be intimated and published on the Company's website in due course.
