We are in receipt of your email seeking clarification regarding our above referred announcement for disclosure of changes in Senior Management Personnel of the Company, i.e. resignation of Mr. Parag Prabhu Selote.

In this regard, we would like to inform your good office that Mr. Parag Prabhu selote intimated about his resignation on 23.05.2024 due to personal reasons on immediate basis and ceased to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company with immediate effect. As per the requirements under the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time, we promptly intimated the stock exchanges about the fact of resignation of Mr. Parag Selote.

However, the company received the written copy of his resignation at the later stage, due to which the same was not appended in our above referred announcement. We are attaching herewith the copy of resignation of Mr. Parag Selote for your reference and records.
