1. Consider, approve and take on record the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023;

2. Consider, approve and take on record the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2023;

3. Consider and recommend a final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the company for the financial year ended March 31, 2023.

Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and its immediate relatives, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company for all the Designated persons has already been closed with effect from Saturday, April 1, 2023 till Forty-eight (48) hours after the declaration of the said financial results of the company.
