Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Monday, July 19, 2021 at the registered office of the company inter alia to consider, approve and take on record the Limitedly reviewed (Unaudited) Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the company as per Indian Accounting Standards(Ind AS) for the quarter ended June 30,2021.

Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and its immediate relatives, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company for all the Designated persons has already been closed with effect from Tuesday, July 01, 2021 till Forty-eight (48) hours after the declaration of said financial results of the company i.e. till Wednesday,July 21, 2021 (both days inclusive).
