PSI Acquires Simon Group as New Customer
Successful international medium-sized company decides in favour of PSIpenta

PSI Group has been awarded by the Simon Group, Aichalden, with the delivery
and implementation of the ERP solution PSIpenta for all four companies in
the group. The aim of the project is to harmonise and integrate the
business processes across all the plants in the Simon Group. Above all this
should increase the transparency of the manufacturing processes.

PSIpenta will be used as a complete solution by 140 users and cover the
entire business process from quotation to shipping including planning,
controlling and production control. Of particular importance to Simon is
the parallel support of mass and make-to-order production and the
distributed multi-plant structure. By the end of 2010 all the companies in
the group will be working with the new solution.

Based in Aichhalden near Schramberg, the Simon Group has since 1992 been a
part of Indus Holding AG. As an international group with around 450
employees, Simon generates turnover of EUR150 million. The group's four
companies are divided into six business divisions that operate in the
market both jointly and independently in the fields of tungsten carbide
technology, sintering, plastic injection moulding, galvanic finishing and
