PSI sells Registration Information Service RISER to Group of Investors

PSI has sold its RISER business operations to a group of investors. RISER
is a European registry information service, supported by the European
Commission, which was developed as a consortium of partners from Ireland,
Austria, Estonia, Hungary and Poland. Forecasted service turnover for 2007
is 1.7 million euros. PSI will continue to concentrate on its successful
core business of control systems for energy, production and infrastructure
tasks.

The European information service Riser offers online registry information
for Germany, Austria, Hungary, Ireland and Estonia. After the market launch
which started at the end of 2006, the buyers will invest in the Europe-wide
rollout of the service. The transaction will provide PSI with a small book
profit. It has been agreed that the contractual conditions will be kept
confidential.

PSI AG develops and integrates individual solutions, on the basis of its
own software, for the management of energy networks (electricity, gas, oil,
water), cross-company production management (steel, mechanical engineering,
automotive, logistics) and infrastructure management for
telecommunications, transport and safety. PSI was founded in 1969 and
