To strengthen the business field Information Services, PSI is taking over 100% of the Solution Software GmbH, Böblingen, specialized in IT services for public administrations. To target its services even more directly toward the needs of the customers, the previously internal Infrastructure will be managed as an independent company in the future. The increase of the holding in PSI (Schweiz) AG is part of the strategy of internationalising PSI.
