Oktober 2000 – Die PSI AG hat 100 % der Anteile an der repas AEG Software GmbH mit Sitz in Berlin übernommen. Die Kernkompetenzen der repas AEG Software liegen in der Entwicklung von Logistik- und Verkehrsleitsystemen auf der Basis eigener Standardlösungen. Durch die Akquisition ergänzt PSI das Lösungsangebot im Bereich Logistik um die Komponente Transport. Neben der weiteren Stärkung des Bereichs Logistik wird PSI durch die Übernahme zukünftig neben Leittechnik für Energie und Telekommunikation auch Verkehrsleitsysteme anbieten. Durch die Deregulierung der Verkehrsmärkte wird für diesen Bereich ein ähnlicher Nachfrageschub nach modernen Leitsystemen erwartet wie zuvor im Energiemarkt. Die repas AEG Software beschäftigt 65 Mitarbeiter und plant für das Geschäftsjahr 2001 einen Umsatz von rund 15 Millionen DM. The core competences of repas AEG Software are in the development of logistics and traffic control systems on the basis of own standard solutions. With the acquisition PSI adds the component transportation to its offerings for logistics. Besides the reinforcement of the logistics activities PSI will provide traffic control systems in addition to its control system offerings for energy and telecommunication as a result of the takeover. The deregulation of the traffic markets will result in a strong demand for modern traffic control systems similar to the developments witnessed in the energy market. repas AEG Software has 65 employees and has budgeted sales of DM 15 million for the financial year 2001.
