Juli 1999 – Die Berliner PSIPENTA Software Systems GmbH, Tochterunternehmen der PSI AG, übernimmt in Kürze 100% der Gesellschaftsanteile an dem deutschen Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)-Anbieter integral datentechnik GmbH, Kaiserslautern. Beide Parteien unterzeichneten hierzu einen “Letter of Understanding”. Mit der Übernahme wird den 350 Kunden, die zur Zeit das ERP-Paket indios der integral datentechnik GmbH im Einsatz haben, die Migration auf die zukunftsweisende Software- Lösung PSIPENTA sichergestellt. Die Software indios wird langfristig durch integral nicht weiterentwickelt werden. Ziel des Zusammenschlusses ist der Ausbau der Marktpräsenz der auf die mittelständische Fertigungsindustrie spezialisierten Unternehmens- Software PSIPENTA. Mit der Übernahme des Unternehmens und der Rechte an der Software indios nutzt PSIPENTA die Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse des renommierten Softwarehauses integral datentechnik GmbH – besonders deren Know-how für den unteren Mittelstand. Durch die Akquisition nutzt PSIPENTA im Rahmen der Migrationsstrategie das bestehende Partnernetzwerk der integral datentechnik GmbH und erschließt sich zudem weitere Marktanteile in Deutschland und Europa. The parties have signed a “Letter of Understanding” to this effect. With the takeover, the 350 customers who are currently using the integral datentechnik GmbH indios ERP package are assured of the migration to the trend-setting software solution, PSIPENTA. integral will not continue to develop the indios software in the long run.
