TGV, Bonn, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1
of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on PSI Aktiengesellschaft für
Produkte und Systeme der Informationstechnologie, Berlin, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on October 17, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 3.03% (this corresponds to 475,881 out of a total of
15,697,366 Voting Rights).
