SLATES OF CANDIDATES FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS
Milan, 27 March 2019. With reference to Prysmian S.p.A. Shareholders' Meeting, convened with notice dated March 6 th, and scheduled on April 17th, 2019, in single call, Prysmian informs that have been filed the following slates of candidates for the appointment of the new Board of Statutory Auditors:
Slate n. 1, presented by the shareholder Clubtre S.p.A. which has certified the possession of no. 10,428,436 ordinary shares equal to the 3.889% of Prysmian S.p.A. share capital

The Shareholder Clubtre S.p.A. has informed, in the framework of own slate filing, about its intention to submit to the abovementioned Shareholders' Meeting the proposal for confirming the current compensation granted to the Board of Statutory Auditors' members, equal to Euro 75,000 for the Chairman and equal to Euro 50,000 for each Standing Statutory Auditor.
All the documents relevant to the above slates, are available to the public through filing with the Company's registered office (Via Chiese 6 – 20126 Milan) and with the mechanism for the central storage used by the Company at , and through publication on Borsa Italiana S.p.A.'s website www.borsaitaliana.it and on the Company's website at www.prysmiangroup.com.
