PRYSMIAN S.P.A., PUBLICATION OF A SLATE FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Milan, 16 March 2015. With reference to Prysmian S.p.A. Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, convened with notice dated March 4th, and scheduled on April 16th 2015, in single call, Prysmian informs that the outgoing Company's Board of Directors, as already announced by press release published on February 25th, has filed with the Company's registered office the following slate of candidates for the appointment of the new Board of Directors:
