FILING OF THE MINUTES OF THE ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 12 APRIL 2022 AND OF THE UPDATED BY-LAWS

Prysmian S.p.A. informs that the minutes of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 12 April 2022, together with the relevant attachments among which the updated By-laws, are available on the Company's website at www.prysmiangroup.com (under Company/Governance/Shareholders Meeting) on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. at www.borsaitaliana.it and in the mechanism for the central storage at .
