SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 28 APRIL 2020
SUMMARY OF THE VOTES
Milan, 29 April 2020 - Prysmian S.p.A. (the "Company") informs that, according to the art. 125-quater of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, the summary of the votes relevant to the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 28 April 2020, is available on the Company's website at www.prysmiangroup.com (under Company/Governance/Shareholders Meeting) and in the mechanism for the central storage at .
